What Does the following semen Analysis Indicate? 

hi recently my husband went for semen analysis. his result is volume 0.8 cc color Opaque reaction Alkaline Fructose Normal Motile 50% Non Motile 30% Sluggish motile 20% Pus Cells 1-2/Hpf MORPHOLOGY Normal Form 85% Abnormal Form 15% plese tell me the result is good or not? and any medicines suggested?

Hello

Your husband's semen analysis suggests almost normal findings.
There are few pus cells in semen,so it is important to exclude infection.
He may need culture and sensitivity of semen.If infection is proved then he may need antibiotics.

Sperm motility and morphology are normal.
Motility should be at least 55 %.Your husband's findings suggests over all 100 % motility,so it is normal.

Sperm morphology is also normal.85 % normal morphology sperms is a normal finding.

It is important to know sperm count.This is a important factor.Sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
